 Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy

EDC kindly asks all clients to provide 48 hours notice for all cancellations and rescheduling. Bookings cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit their deposit/50% cancellation fee. Bookings with more than 48 hours’ notice will have their deposit kept on file to be used for future bookings.

TATTOOING CANCELLATION: Due to the nature in length of tattoo appointments, all tattoo clients are required to give 10 business days notice for cancellations or rescheduling. If less than 10 business days notice is provided a $85.00 rescheduling fee must be paid before next appointment. If 48 hours or less notice is provided for a cancellation or rescheduling your deposit is forfeit.

If you are running late…

As EDC operates on a back-to-back basis, it is important to notify EDC if you are running late to your appointment. EDC will accommodate wherever possible; however, running late will require your appointment to be rescheduled and result in a no-show fee.

Deposits

All deposits are non refundable. If you are no longer able to make your appointment and provide adequate notice your deposit will be credited for future appointments.

No-Shows

Failure to show at your appointment will result in a no-show fee. This fee equals the total amount owing for your appointment. This payment is to be finalised before rebooking.

Covid-19 (Coronavirus)

If in the event Covid-19 is to return and in-effect prevent EDC from trading, all T&C’s will still apply. All appointments that are rescheduled due to Covid-19 and have a deposit paid, will have their deposits credited for when trading can resume as normal. EDC thanks you for your understanding.
