IMPORTANT TATTOO INFORMATION

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

To uphold our high standards of tattoo results and for the health and safety of our clients, we have a strict suitability checklist that MUST be adhered to and a strict tattoo policy. Please only book once you are confident you pass the suitability checklist and are comfortable with our tattoo policy. EDC will not be liable for tattoo appointments made where suitability hasn’t been checked by the client. If you arrive to an appointment and it is determined by the technician based on the suitability checklist available on our website that you are not suitable, you will be liable for full payment for the tattoo appointment. If you book an appointment and pay the deposit and it is then determined you are not suitable for the treatment, this deposit is non-transferable for other services, non-transferable to family and friends, and non-refundable.

I have paid my deposit, then I change my mind or for unforeseen circumstances I am unable to be tattooed?

All tattoo deposits are non-refundable and non transferable, and is held on file for you to utilise within 3 years. A tattoo deposit can only be used for tattoo services. This policy is specific to tattooing, attributed to the extensive duration of the treatment process. As a result, we strongly advise ensuring your commitment to the treatment before proceeding with the deposit payment.

What is the difference between Feather Touch + Ombre Brows?

One of the main difference between the 2 techniques is how the pigment is deposited into the skin. Feather Touch uses a handheld tool (micro-blade) to create incisions into the skin, whereas Ombre brows are done using a machine. Feathering achieves a result that looks like ‘hair-like’ strokes,
Ombre achieves a more powdered in brow look.

How does EDC achieve my new Brow Tattoo shape?

EDC believes in working with your natural brow shape as much as possible. Your brows will be mapped out and measured to achieve a symmetrical looking set of brows. REMEMBER: your brows are sisters not twins. Tattooing will not begin until you are are fully happy with the shape and outline.
